Haley Why is a Michigan artist with no formal training and imperfect technique. Inspired by outsider and folk art, alternative comics, and punk music she embraces the flawed while exploring her personal trauma, recovery, and healing. Her art strives to serve as a bridge, both intra- and interpersonally. (Because true connection is something else, isn’t it?)
